Before you open a ticket
- Confirm server.cfg start order: lx-lib → lx-navigation → lx-busjob
- Review theFAQfor common installation issues
- Retest with conflicting resources stopped
What to include
- Product and version (for example, lx-busjob 1.2.0)
- Framework — Qbox or QB-Core, plus your inventory resource
- Full server console and F8 client errors
- Config.Integrations from config/shared.lua
- What changed immediately before the issue appeared
Refunds
All sales are final once resources are delivered to Keymaster. Refunds are considered only for duplicate purchases or verified, unresolvable technical issues on supported setups.
